We all like nice audio in our videos and this is hands down the perfect shotgun mic to pair up with your Canon 70D DSLR.
This version is lightweight, doesn’t need a battery and simply plugs into the mic port on your camera.
It produces high-quality audio for a low price!
Don’t forget to purchase one of these with your RODE GO in order keep that audio top knotch in windy conditions.

If you are looking for an entry-level wireless lapel mic and transmitter, this is my go to!
The BOYA works via 2 x AAA batteries in the transmitter and receiver and plugs directly into the mic port on your DSLR.

I’ve been very impressed with this product!
Yes, I know, it looks a little suspect at first but as far as versatile tripods go, it doesn’t get any better than the Joby Gorillapod.
With a range of styles and sizes to choose from, you will be able to shoot in any location and at any angle with your Gorillapod.
I do suggest you get the larger versions when looking to pair with the likes of a DSLR to cope with the weight of the camera!

This tripod has never let me down and is perfect when you need the stability and height that with tripod offers!
Not all footage has to be shot with a large camera.
With the technology involved in today’s smartphones, you can now shoot in 4k (4000 pixels) with the latest models.
Having a sturdy holder to mount your smartphone makes the job quick and easy!
While it’s not the ‘be all and end all’ for getting started with video, lighting does make a big difference in my cases.
Using these softbox lights are a super affordable way of ensuring you have nice crisp whites before you press record on your next masterpiece.
I have had my original set for over 12 months and an yet to replace a bulb! *Touch wood.
